We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to organize shipments, suppliers and inventory movements across a busy operation. You will maintain accurate schedules and records, respond to delays and keep internal teams and customers informed throughout each delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries against operational schedules.
• Coordinate transport providers, suppliers, warehouses and receiving teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment, inventory and proof-of-delivery records.
• Track delays or shortages, assess alternatives and communicate revised timelines.
• Check transport and supplier documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare routine performance reports and identify opportunities to improve delivery reliability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Operations or a related field.
• Practical experience coordinating deliveries, transport or inventory movements.
• Familiarity with inventory, warehouse or transport management systems.
• Strong scheduling, record-keeping and supplier communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize changing requirements and resolve delays under time pressure.
